Account Opening and Eligibility on badak

To open an account on badak, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are available. You must provide accurate personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. We use this information to verify your identity and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.

badak requires identity verification before you can deposit or withdraw. You must upload a copy of a valid government ID (national ID card, passport, or driver's license) and confirm ownership of your deposit payment method. When you withdraw from badak, funds are sent to the same payment method you used to deposit. We process withdrawal requests during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Indonesian time). E-wallet withdrawals typically arrive within seconds to a few minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–4 hours during business hours or longer on weekends and holidays.

badak does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own processing charges. You can withdraw your full account balance or any portion of it. There is no minimum withdrawal amount on our end, though your payment provider may have their own minimums.

Bonus Terms and Conditions on badak
